Privacy policy

We only ask for what an order actually needs.

• Your name and phone number, when you send a made-to-measure request or start an enquiry.
• Body measurements, if you choose to enter them yourself on a made-to-measure product. Measurements are sensitive, and we treat them that way.
• Anything you write to us on WhatsApp, by email, or on the phone.

We do not ask for a date of birth, we do not ask for identity documents, and we never see or store your card details. When online payment goes live it will be handled inside the payment provider's own window, not by this site.

Measurements you enter are stored with your name and phone number so the studio can tailor the piece and confirm the figures with you before cutting. They are used for that and nothing else. They are never sold, never shared with an advertiser, and never used to profile you.

If you tick the box to keep your measurements for next time, that copy is saved on your own device, in your browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes it. Nobody at the studio can read that copy.

This site does not use advertising cookies and does not run retargeting pixels. A cookie is set when a member of studio staff signs in to the admin, which is what keeps them signed in, and it has nothing to do with shoppers.

The site is built to support Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity so the studio can see which pages are useful. Where those are switched on, personal fields including your name, phone number and measurements are masked before anything is recorded, so they cannot appear in a session recording.

Nobody buys this data from us, because we do not sell it. It is handled by the studio, and by the services that make the site run: our hosting provider, our database provider, the image storage the photographs sit in, and, once online payment is live, the payment provider. Each holds it only to do that job.

If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation also sits with WhatsApp under its own terms.

Order and tailoring records, measurements included, are kept while you are a customer and for as long as tax and accounting rules require afterwards. An enquiry that never became an order is cleared once it is clearly closed.

Under the DPDP Act 2023 you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw consent for us to keep your measurements, and we will remove them.

This site is meant for adults buying clothing. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. A garment being tailored for a child in the family is arranged through the parent, in person or on the phone.

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. If a change affects how your measurements are handled, we will say so plainly rather than quietly amend the page.
